She is survived by her husband Donald L. Dozer and their three sons and their families:

R. Dean Dozer and children T.J. (Brandi) and Haley (Brandon ) Zelma; Steven C. Dozer (Holly) and children Bailey (Evan) Rogers, Clay and fiancѐe (Sophia McDowell) and Kaitlyn (Josh ) Mulrooney; David L. Dozer (Tracy) and their children Grant (Kate), Griffin (Kinley), Gabrielle and Evan (Sydney). Great grandchildren Kaidyn and Waylon Dozer, Brantley and Eldridge Zelma and Rayne and Rowyn Mulrooney. She is preceded in death by her brother Charles Douglas Talbott (Debbie).

Loretta was a member of First United Methodist Church, Lancaster , Ohio.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Chesterhill Christian Church formally Chesterhill United Methodist Church, First United Methodist Church of Lancaster, Ohio or Sixth Avenue United Methodist Church of Lancaster, ohio.
