Marlene was a very special lady to me....her influence on me started as one of my Girl Scout leaders decades ago. Although she could be blunt and gruff I always knew she cared deeply about us. From ice skating lessons to camping in a tent and cooking a pot of stew in the ground, Marlene guided us along. She was a great friend to my mom and a lady who left a lasting impact on my life. Love ya Marlene!!
