

Nanci graduated from Ohio University with her Bachelor's and Master's degrees, and her professional life was dedicated to education. She served as Education Manager at Fairfield Medical and as Director of Adult Learning at Ohio University-Lancaster, positively impacting countless lives through her work.
Beyond her professional achievements, Nanci was deeply committed to her community. She was an active member of many organizations, including The Arthritis Foundation, Lancaster Kiwanis, the Chamber of Commerce, and St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Her hard work and unwavering community spirit were recognized with the Employee of the Year award at Fairfield Medical and the prestigious 2006 Athena Award from the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce.
Nanci bravely faced significant health challenges over the past 12 years, battling Chronic Kidney Disease and Parkinson's disease with remarkable strength and grace.
Nanci was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Ruth Stalter; her brother, Herb "Suds" Stalter; her brother-in-law, Bob Daines; and her mother-in-law, Dorothy Rosier.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Larry; her daughter, Christina "Chrissy," and son-in-law, Jeremy Mason; her son, Bruce Rosier, and daughter-in-law, Crescent Scudder; and her cherished grandchildren, Gabrielle Rosier, and Nicholas and Joseph Mason. Nanci also leaves behind her sister, Sheri, and brother-in-law, Brad Garrett; sister-in-law, Cyndi Daines; sister-in-law, Jadine Stalter; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Nanci's memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Nanci Rosier to the National Kidney Foundation (kidney.org) or the Parkinson's Foundation (parkinson.org). Nanci's daughter, Christina, is currently in end-stage renal failure, awaiting a kidney transplant.
Visitation for Nanci will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home, located at 436 North Broad Street, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
A funeral service to celebrate Nanci's life will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home, 436 North Broad Street, Lancaster, Ohio 43130. A committal service will follow on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Maple Grove Cemetery, 4185 Cincinnati-Zanesville Road N.E., Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
Nanci will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
