Penny Lynn Upp, 65 of Largo, Florida, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2025. She is survived by her mother, Pat Upp; sister-in-law, Linda Upp; niece, Ashley Upp; uncle, Bill Thomas, and special friend, Susanna Evans. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Upp and her brother, Dan Upp. She was a graduate of Fairfield Union High School, class of 1978.
A Graveside Service will take place at West Rushville Cemetery at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 29, 2025, with Pastor Charles Wheatley officiating.
