Robert Lee Lunsford, age 79 of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Lanfair Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. Lee was a retired employee at Ohio Bell, served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Fairfield Community Church.
Survived by; a brother, Charles T. Lunsford, a niece, Karen (George) Blosser, nephew, Gary (Myna) Lunsford, other nieces and nephews, sister-in-law, Bea Lunsford, brother-in-law, Robert Snider, step-daughters, Lee Ann Hamilton and Kim Hatfield as well as a special friend Hazel Southers.
Preceded in death by his wife Barbara, parents Herbert C. & Eva Lunsford, a sister Ginny Snider and brother Gene Lunsford and a sister-in-law, Bernadine Lunsford.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home with Rev. Larry L. Kirby officiating. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
