Many thanks to friends and family who loved Bill as much as I have.  Thanks to all those who made his leaving us a little easier, friends and family sharing their thoughts, prayers, and memories. and, oh. so many wonderful memories we all have.  Thanks to those who organized a comfortable service, the after service fellowship dinner, the flowers,  making everything easier for me.  I know Bill approved of it all, as he let us all know .  He had to have his say when he sent his message with the flicker of the lights.  He so wanted to prove he was "the boss".  Thanks go, too to Dr. Vincent  Quinn and staff, Dr, Gina Love- Walker, Home Instead aides, Arlene, Brittany, Jackie, Clara, Destiny, and all who heiped in his care.  Thanks to VA aide Sammi for taking him to his therepy . (loved getting to meet Bubba, Bill really liked him).  All those who spoiled him with his smoothies, fraps, candies, etc.  
Thanks to Mike and Joyce, Rick and Sandy and Kirby who all gave him such quality time at his last family dinner together.  He enoyed it soooo much.    Everybody loved Bill and always showed that love in their own way, and that love was truly returned by him.  If I've failed to mention anybody individually, I apologize,  It would take forever to name you all, but know how much he loved you.    Don't forget our door is always open ; come visit ,remember, laugh, cry, etc;  just please don't look at the mess.  that will never change --- and Bill will be right here to share it all with us.  I love you all.   Thank you all

Uncle Bill always made me feel so welcome! My most favorite memories of him was walking with him in his garden! He was so proud of all his plants and flowers! I have all the pictures he took on my phone of all his plants. He was so kind and loving. Thank you Uncle Bill for your kindness!  Rest easy Uncle Bill- ♥️ Danay

Christmas 2019. Uncle Bill had Danay and myself help order Aunt Evie's presents.  He had such a fun time. It was so much fun just to be around his fun personality and help him accomplish his surprise gifts.

Was saddened to hear about Bill’s passing.  Ever since we met at our places in North Carolina you both have been friends.  Will never forget Bill’s passion for flowers and the many times we went exploring with you.  We enjoyed those good times.

I met Mr. Strawn at work. His wife, Evelyn is one of our patients. Bill was such a kind soul and he brightened our office with his positivity every time he came in with Evelyn. I will never forget chuckling at his funny t-shirt that said "Former Stud Muffin". 

Sending warm thoughts to Evelyn and the rest of the Strawn family. He will be truly missed.
