He is survived by his very loving wife, Donna “Jeanie” Hughes; and loving daughters, Kelly A. Brannon/Martin and Amy L. Hughes, both of Lancaster. He was beloved by his grandchildren, Savannah Foster and Landon Martin and also greatly loved by his grand-pups Dui and Sparky. Mark is brother-in- law to Gary & Cheryl McNabb, Susie & Ron Snedegar, and Jim & Karen McNabb. He also was Uncle Mark to many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Many called Mark a beloved friend, neighbor, fishing or golf buddy.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Helen Hughes.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday at Halteman- Fett & Dyer Funeral Home. Services will be at 10:00 am Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Ron Grubb officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens where the Lancaster Veterans Burial Detail will perform military graveside services.
