It is with heavy heart that I inform everyone of the peaceful passing of Carl. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Survived by his wife Donna (Saulnier), sons David Scott and Kevin Anthony also daughter-in law Kim (Thompson) and grandson Gregory and sister Wendy Gallant, several nephews and great nieces. Predeceased by mother Rosina Cohen, father Lionel Gallant and brother Maurice Gallant.
