With great sadness his family said good bye at RCH in New Westminster. He was born in Estevan, Saskatchewan and leaves to mourn his wife of 47 years Dolly, children Debbie (Tony), Rod (Kelsey), grandchildren Ryan, Jessica, Tyler and Alexa, brothers Bill (Mildred), Garry (Maureen), sisters Ione, Marie, and Dorothy (Bob), sister in law Mary, brothers in law Joe, Angus (Myrna), Ron (Terry) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Charlie is predeceased by his grandson Justin, parents Catherine and William, brothers Laurence, Clarence, Jim and Tony, in laws John, Al, Louise, and Joyce.
