Collin is survived by his parents, Nunung and Michael Webb; and his younger sister, Safira Webb. Collin is preceded in death by his grandparents; Edward Patrick Webb and Teresa Mary Webb of North Vancouver, and H. Abu Intarjo and Hj. Pudjiyem Atmowijoyo of Central Java, Indonesia.
Collin was born on February 21, 1996 in Vancouver, BC to Nunung and Michael Webb. He graduated from BCIT in 2016 with a degree in Aircraft Maintenance. After graduating, Collin worked at Swissport for several years and briefly at Signature Aviation, supervising or fueling international and private airplanes at Vancouver International Airport. He later started working at Coastal Mountain Fuels and was simultaneously continuing his education at BCIT to become an electrician.
Collin could accomplish anything he put his mind to - his work ethic was astonishing - positive, determined, confident and smart. His potential was undeniable. Collin always prided himself as a huge family man. Even as a child, he would do anything to make his parents or younger sister happy and proud. He protected his family, always ensuring happiness and quality time was spent together. Collin’s love for family was unworldly and always unwavering throughout his life. Collin was such an outstanding young man who loved actively spending time with family and friends, even giving time and kindness to acknowledge random strangers. His easy-going nature could adapt to any spontaneous adventure and he always brought the best of times with his sense of carefree goofiness, curiosity and true kindness. Collin was never seen without a smile and his outrageous laugh filled any room. He could easily make anyone feel better with just his warm smile and presence.
In addition to his deep love and care for other people, Collin also had a passion for airplanes, karaoke nights, training in martial arts and adventuring the outdoors. He treasured his time in nature by hiking, camping, road-trips, exploring the back roads by off-roading and cruises on his beloved motorcycle. He was one of a kind, brave and unique, always willing to learn and push himself beyond his comfort zone. Collin ensured his life was lived to the fullest extent, enjoyed the simple yet beautiful things, and never had a dull moment.
There are no words to truly express the loss of such a beautiful and loving human being.
In lieu of a funeral service, Collin has requested to have a Celebration of Life, yet to be decided by the family.
Michael, Nunung and Safira would like to thank all the continual support from friends and family, the Agassiz paramedics and first responders for all their efforts, and Henderson’s Funeral Home and Victory Memorial for their care.
Rest in peace up in heaven, Collin. We all truly miss you and love you endlessly.
You will forever be in our loving memories and carried in our hearts until we can meet again.
