Donald Clifford McWilliams

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father, and grandfather. Don passed peacefully with his wife and family at his side. Missing him is Lorraine, his wife of 67 years, sons Brian (Barb), Michael, and daughter Sharon (Perry). A proud Grandpa, he leaves 10 grandchildren, a great grandson, and many other relatives and friends. Don was predeceased by his grandson Scott, and sister, Pat Powell.

Don spent many years in the BC Mining industry here in Vancouver. A very experienced pilot, Don flew all over BC, Yukon, and over the Arctic resulting in many adventures. An avid boater, he and the family had many boating holidays. Don was very involved in Coquitlam Power Squadron. The family lived in Coquitlam for over 45 years before moving to Langley.

Don lived his 91 years with many adventures and experiences in his life. He was an exceptional man and will be greatly missed by everyone. A family gathering will be held in Don’s honor. Donations to the BC Lung or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
