CARTWRIGHT, Edna (nee Weisemiller) - Edna passed peacefully in hospital at the age of 93 surrounded by her family on June 29th, 2010. Preceded by her son Frankie, husband Frank and daughter in-law Judy, she is survived by her eight children Shirley Kramer (Helmut), Allan Cartwright, Ivan Cartwright, Wilf Cartwright (Jeannie), Pat Frederick, Wendy Anderson (Denny), Stephen Cartwright (Linda), Vick Plitt (Darren). She also leaves behind 25 grand children, 37 great grand children, and 1 great great child. Edna was born Feb 4, 1917 in Usk, BC. She met Frank at a dance in County Line and in 1934 they were married. She raise her family in the Glen Valley area until moving on to Murrayville, then to Zero Avenue and finally living her last years in the City of Langley. Through the toughest times Edna made her way through life by putting one foot in front of the other for 93 years. Funeral Services to be held at Henderson's in Langley on Tuesday, July 6th at 10 am, coffee will be served after and then to Fort Langley for her final resting place.
