Dearest Edna ... I enjoyed being a part of your family during the 1970's as a friend of Kathy & Merry-Anne. Just today I was having lunch with my daughter Erin and grandbaby Leila ... and all of a sudden Erin wanted to hear all about some of my high school friends. I talked about all of your family as I knew you then. My heart was full of happiness ... describing the fun of all the times we were together ... and as I spoke to my daughter ... Kathy was my matron of honor at my wedding ... as I was her maid of honor at her & John's wedding. I went to school with Kathy and Merry-Anne. My name is also Mary-Anne and I loved the Kassian family a lot !!!! You are in my prayers ... the passing of Edna as I knew her is a great loss. When we drove to Vancouver with the girls ... the radio was on and she was bouncing with the music .... that is the way I will always remember her ...... forever :)
