Upon graduation of high school in 1953, Ted pursued his passion for flight by joining the Royal Canadian Air Force where he had an illustrious career as a pilot. During this time, he married the love of his life Jean Thompson. Later in his life he became a drug and alcohol counsellor.
Ted Mills was a devoted family man and is survived by brothers Bob and Tom, children Chris, Lisa and Son-in-Law Robert, his grandchildren Sophia and Elizabeth.
A Memorial will be held on Saturday September 23, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Henderson’s Funeral Home 20786 Fraser Hwy, Langley, BC V3A 4G6.
