July 14, 1942 - November 20, 2017
With broken hearts, we announce the passing of this special person. Our comfort comes from knowing with assurance that he is with his mother Irene, safely in the arms of God. Frank was born in New Westminster, attended Mount Zion Lutheran Church, finished his schooling at New Westminster Secondary, and worked for 13 years for MacMillan Bloedel. He returned to school to complete his plumbing and gas fitting trades qualifications. Within this time he met the love of his life, his wife Margaret. His sincerity, willingness to listen, and loving nature made him her hero then and for their 48 years of wonderful marriage. Their life together began in New Westminster but finished in Langley. Of all his qualifications and accomplishments, he valued becoming a dad and later a papa the most. Frank is survived by a large family and many friends. His golf buddies can note that he and uncle Marv will be watching from the 19th hole, to correct their score cards.
Viewing for family and friends will be Wednesday, November 29, between 6-8 p.m., at Henderson's Langley Funeral Home, 20786 Fraser Highway. Condolences can be sent to www.dignitymemorial.com. Funeral services are December 5 at 11 a.m. at the Northwest Langley Baptist Church, 20025 91A Avenue, Langley, BC, 604-888-5022.
