Lorie Leigh Smienk peacefully entered into rest at Langley Memorial Hospital on June 12, 2013 at the age of 52 years. She is lovingly remembered by her loving husband Clemens and daughters; Kyla, Liselle (Brett) and Adriana (Don), granddaughter Rowan and many siblings, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Lorie is predeceased by her father Roderick and mother Ruth. Lorie's family would like to thank Dr. Fagan for his care, the nurses on the CCU and 4th floor south ward, especially Ann and Willy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 20675 87 Avenue, Langley, BC on Thursday June 20th at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the BC Cancer Agency and / or Breast Cancer Research.
