OBITUARY

Dr. Michelle Jillian Strovski

November 8, 1981 – May 22, 2025
Obituary of Dr. Michelle Jillian Strovski
IN THE CARE OF

Henderson's Langley Funeral Home

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Dr. Michelle Strovski, a devoted mother, wife, and surgeon. Michelle passed away peacefully on May 22, 2025 after courageously living with cancer for three years. She is survived by her husband, Eugene, and their two sons, Benjamin and Luke.

Michelle lived life to the fullest and without hesitation. She will be remembered for being authentic, deeply caring, grounded, and sincere.

Her professional career was guided by a profound sense of responsibility to her community. In her seven years as a urologist at Ridge Meadows Hospital, she was known as a skilled and dedicated surgeon with a firm commitment to patient care. Beyond the operating room, she was a strong voice on the RMH Physician Engagement Society, where she led initiatives focused on physician wellness and education.

Michelle was also an integral part of her children’s school community. She volunteered wholeheartedly— coaching her sons’ basketball teams, establishing the chess club and organizing school events. She brought clarity, strength, and warmth to every role she embraced.

Above all, Michelle's greatest love, biggest source of joy and deepest pride was her family. As a mom to Ben and Luke, she was patient without being passive—always present and engaged. She was their source of wisdom and strength, filling their lives with adventure and creating a lifetime of memories that will forever remain a precious part of who they are.

Michelle faced her illness with hope and determination. Her resilience and unwavering faith remain a beacon of strength to her family and all who knew her. She drew strength from her belief in God and met each day with grace and courage.

Although our hearts are heavy with grief, we are also filled with love, peace, and gratitude as we remember the extraordinary life Michelle lived and the enduring legacy she leaves behind.
