Pamela Mary Clare Clifford

December 9, 1947 – January 29, 2025
Obituary of Pamela Mary Clare Clifford
IN THE CARE OF

Henderson's Langley Funeral Home

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pamela Mary Clare Clifford (nee Floyd) on January 29, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer and dementia.

Pamela was welcomed into heaven by her beloved husband, Ronald David Clifford, who pre-deceased her on January 15, 2020.

Pamela is survived by her cherished daughter, Elizabeth McKinnon (nee Clifford), and her son, David Clifford (Kellie). She took great joy in being a grandmother to her adored granddaughter, Megan McKinnon (Taylor), who will forever carry her love in her heart. She is also survived by her dear sister, Christine Johnson (nee Floyd), and brother-in-law, Bill. Pamela was predeceased by her loving parents, Joyce Floyd (nee Carter) and Dennis Floyd.

Born in Coventry, England, Pamela immigrated to Canada at the age of 7. A true homebody at heart, she found joy and fulfillment in spending time with her family above all else. Pamela was an extraordinarily talented seamstress and cake decorator, showcasing her creativity and skill in everything she crafted. Additionally, she worked as a veterinary technician, demonstrating her profound love for animals, often welcoming any stray that appeared at her doorstep.

Though Pamela kept a close circle of friends, she was known far and wide in her community for her kindness and compassion, always lending a helping hand to those in need. Her heart of gold will be missed by all who knew her.

Pamela will be deeply missed but is now reunited with the love of her life, free from pain and at peace.
