WALLACE, Teresa Jockoline Wilson; With great sadness the family of Teresa (Tess) announce her passing on March 18, 2015 at Langley Hospice after a battle with cancer. She was born on October 6, 1929 in Comox, British Columbia. She later moved to Okanagan Mission and then in 1944 to a farm in the Joe Rich Valley. It was there that she developed a strong work ethic and a deep love for horses. Moving to Vancouver in 1950 she found work in retail and as a domestic. After retirement she moved to Burnaby in 1996, and then to Langley in 2011. She was predeceased by her partner Bob Sebastion in 2012. She is mourned by her daughter Lisa (Don) Schwartzenhauer, grandchildren Ryan (Stacey) and Heather (Glenn) in the Shuswap, Bob's son Richard (Karen) and their children Jenn, Rob (Tara, Austin), Darryl of Langley, her "honorary" daughter Joy (Baker) Dobbs and family of Richmond, as well as her many wonderful friends. No service was held at her request. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015, 1:00 p.m. at Richard's home at 22355 - 52 Avenue, Langely, BC.
