Victor was predeceased by his parents Elizabeth Illes(Betty) and George Turner Illes, as well as his younger brother Richard. He leaves behind his brothers Robert ,George and Joseph, his two sons Jason and Troy, their partners Gabriela and Amber, as well as his grandchildren Norbert ,Quincy and Arden. Victor is also survived by his former wife Harriet Green and his nieces, nephews, and their families.
