Born July 22, 1921, to William and Winifred Rice, passed away June 27, 2011. She was employed by Sparrow Hospital for 35 years, retiring in 1981. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 43 years Boyd Weaver in 1989. Surviving are her daughter; Carol (Gary) Barnhart, grandchildren; Kimberly (Dave) Wood and Korey (Tom) Wheeler, great grandchildren; Brandon Boatman, Emilie Wheeler and Allison Wheeler, 1 brother; 4 sisters and several nieces and nephews all in England. There will be a graveside service held at 1:30 on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Deepdale Memorial Gardens, 4110 Lansing Rd., Lansing.
