

Anthony “Tony” Eallonardo, Jr. was born on September 1, 1945 in Syracuse, New York, the son of the late Anthony & Josephine Eallonardo, and passed away suddenly on May 4, 2016 at the age of 70. Tony was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and was very active in the church and school community. He was a proud member of the A-Team (Geezer Gang) and the NRA. He was a retired US Postal worker of over 40 years. Tony proudly served his country in both the USMC and the US Army (101st Airborn Division), a veteran of the Vietnam War where he was highly decorated for his actions. Tony was an avid motorcyclist but there was nothing that he adored more than his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Nancy Eallonardo. Surviving to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Mary Eallonardo; children, Anthony (Tammy) Eallonardo III, Regina (John) Esckilsen; grandchildren, Isabella Lauren, Alexandra Grace & Anthony John; brother, Charles (Marianne) Eallonardo; sisters, Joanne Homer (Klare Acker), Charlotte Wright; and several nieces and nephews including niece, Elizabeth Gardner. A service of Celebration and Victory in Christ will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 East Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI, officiated by Rev.
