East Lansing, Michigan
Our angel Autumn Milam has moved on to her new and wondrous life. She will be remembered for her passion for life. She could not find enough hours in a day for all she wanted to do. She was always up early and eager to start each new day. She loved school, shopping, camping and friends. She especially loved massages from anyone she could get to rub her back and feet, and as often as possible. Anything anyone would do she wanted to do it as well, “work” included, as long as it was with us. She loved to eat breakfast at “Dennys” in Okemos and their great staff. Her lunch and dinner (or both) would always be either “Cancun” of Okemos, her favorite staff, or “Olive Garden” of Okemos, whose staff also were great with her. Of course shopping was also a must at these times. She was cherished and is lovingly remembered by her father, Michael Milam; her grandparents, Lonnie and Jean Milam; her Aunt Janice Milam; her cousins, Will, Gregg and Nyssa Armstrong; her beloved friend and caregiver, Olga Beltran, whose food she preferred over anyone else’s; as well as her great grandmother and many more relatives and friends. Goodbye Sweet Angel. A memorial service will be held at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing at a future date. For those desiring, contributions may be made to Sparrow Hospital (to be used for their Playroom), 1215 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48912 or C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital (also for their Playroom), 1540 E Hospital Dr., Ann Arbor, MI 48109 in memory of Autumn M. Milam. The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Lansing Chapel. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.grlansing.com.
