Bessie S. Rodriguez, 43, died October 21, 2014 in Lansing, Michigan. She was born on August 17, 1971 in Lansing, Michigan to Billy Lewis Sr., and Sylvia Rodriguez. Bessie loved everybody very much, especially her family. She loved traveling and shopping. Bessie is survived by her husband, Robert King; two daughters, Diamond Katrice King, and Jasmine Saline King; one son, Robert King, Jr.; father Billy Joe Lewis, Sr.; mother, Sylvia Rodriguez; sister Latonia Lewis; brothers, Gerard Williamson, Arturo Rodriguez, Billy Joe Lewis, Jr.; grandson, Christopher Lavell Moore, III. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Faith United Methodist Church, 4301 S Waverly Rd, Lansing Charter Township, MI 48911, officiated by Pastor Willie Mills. Interment will take place immediately following at Evergreen Cemtery, Lansing, Michigan. The family will receive friends Friday, 5 – 8 p.m at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes Lansing Chapel.
