Beverly L. Jones

Beverly Lou Jones, a lifelong resident of Lansing, born June 21, 1930 passed away Friday, August 19, 2016 of natural causes at the age of 86. Preceded in death by her husband LeRoy C Jones and children; Debra Sue, Diane Murie, and Stephen James. Surviving to cherish her memory are, children; Karen Hazel, Bruce L. Jones, Carolynne (Katie) Brown, Joane (Jodie) and husband Jack Morrow. Beverly was blessed with eleven grandchildren, twenty-six greatgrandchildren, 6 great-great grandchild as well as many more that knew her as a grandma throughout the Lansing area. She was also blessed with many wonderful nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.

Beverly enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with friends and family.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August, 25, 2016, from Noon to 3 p.m. at the funeral home. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, August 25, 3:00 p.m. at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 East Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48912 with Celebrant John Gardner officiating. Following the service, a luncheon will be held at Robinhill, 16441 South US 27, Lansing, MI 48906.
