Beverly Kinney was born on February 1, 1934 at Sparrow hospital in Lansing, the daughter of Amanda and Henry Bloom. She was the youngest of three brothers and three sisters. Beverly graduated from Eastern high school in 1952. Her first marriage was to Dwight Kittle and then later married Gerald Kinney. She has three daughters, Shirley Siegrist, Suzanne Kinney, and Sharon Thornton, one step daughter Pamela Eder, one stepson Mike Kinney, and four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Bev loved to play bingo, dance, decorate and have fun. She spent many happy years living at Riverfront Apartments in Lansing, getting to know most of the residents there, and participating in all activities. She lived out her final years at the Medilodge nursing home in Lansing. There will be a graveside service Thursday, June 30, 2016 11:30 A.M. at Evergreen cemetery.
