Brian was an ex-marine and worked in lawn care.
Brian was a loving father and grandfather. He was always joking around and making people laugh until their stomachs hurt. He loved watching sports, especially Lions football and Red Wings hockey. He enjoyed playing golf, and darts, and getting together with his cousins to play cards.
Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Jule Spitz, and cousin Dawn Griffus.
Brian leaves behind children Joseph Sannicolas and Sarah Sannicolas, ex-wife Katherine Spitz, grandchildren Elliana Sannicolas, Lizzy Sannicolas, Avah Sannicolas-Youngs, August Sannicolas-Greenhoe and Greya Sannicolas, closest cousin David Griffus and his children Bailey Griffus and Jake Blanton and several other cousins, aunt Patricia Yanna, Uncle Don and Aunt Jan Spitz.
