Carol Ann Wilks

Carol put herself through college working at Kewpee's. After graduation, she worked in the accounting department of Knapp's department store until it closed, then worked in the accounting department of State Employees Credit Union, which became Lake Trust Credit Union, until she left several years ago.

Carol loved the great outdoors, and was camping in one form or another until just a few years ago. She was diagnosed with dementia several years ago, which worsened during this last year to the point she could no longer live at home.

Carol leaves behind her sister, Janice Wilks, her cousins, Mickey (John) Everett and their children, and Shirley (Dale) Kucera and their children. Also her very best friends Shirley (Tracy) Belcher and T.C.

Arrangements will be through Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home, with burial at Maple Grove Cemetery in Mason. There will be no services due to COVID-19.
