Constance (Connie) May Lang from Lansing Michigan, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016. She was born May 5, 1932 to Glema (Penick) and Walter Austin in Angola Indiana. She was preceded in death by her father Water Horace Austin, mother Glema May Burgess, sister Barbara Ann Becker and stepfather Stanley Burgess. She is survived by her sister Mary Frances Briggs, son Walter Jr. Kirchen Jr. (Chun), daughter Rikki Lynn Kirchen, daughter Tracy Lynn Storey (Scott), grandchildren, Megan Victoria Kirchen, Cheyenne Sherise Storey and Jarrod Austin Storey, great grandchildren, Gabriel Logan Dingley and Sydney Raine Dingley, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and friends. She was an accountant most of her working life, she enjoyed playing pool and bowling, loved her 1972 corvette, her many friends at the Lansing Corvette Clubs, and her travels on her motorcycle. A memorial service will be held 11am, Saturday, May 28th at Bretton Woods Covenant Church, 925 Bretton Rd, Lansing, MI 48917. A memorial luncheon will be held following the service.
