

Born December 15, 1915 in Ducktown, TN, the son of the late Raymond and Ethel (Smith) Seigo, passed away July 17, 2013 at the age of 97. Daniel proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He has been a resident of Lansing since 1950. Daniel retired from Lindell Drop Forge in 1981 after 10 years of service and served as a committee man for the U.A.W. for many years. Preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Isabell Bandy, Peggy Knoblock, Betty Faust and Dorothy Pascal; and his brothers, John Seigo and Gene Seigo. Surviving to cherish his memory are his children, Daniel (Teena) Seigo, Jr. Connie Seigo, Deborah Seigo, Deneice (Lonny) Branch, Donald (Linda) Seigo, Teresa Seigo-Forbush; brothers, Bill Seigo and Tom Seigo; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19th at First Baptist Church, 9220 Kinneville Rd., Eaton Rapids, MI with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service.
