Darci Suzann Griesmer

Born in Lansing, Michigan, she was a proud graduate of Sexton High School. Throughout her life, Darci worked in various roles within the service industry, always bringing kindness, a hard work ethic, and a warm heart to every job she held.

Her love for arts and crafts, combined with a passion for reading, were some of the many joys in her life. She found peace in these hobbies, whether it was crafting something special with her hands or getting lost in the pages of a good book.

On Easter of 2024, Darci was confirmed into the Catholic Church, embracing her faith and coming to the Lord. This moment marked a profound step in her spiritual journey.

Darci is survived by her partner of 30 years, Kevin Travis; children: Tawnie Griesmer and Shane Travis; siblings: Dennis (Nicki) Wilcox, Doug (Christy) Wilcox and Cody Wilcox; several nieces and nephews; two childhood friends that remained by her side throughout the years: Lori and Julie; as well as many other friends and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings: Deane Wilcox, Dana Kelly and Sheila Criss.
