Darquise Rodriguez Muriel, age 24, of Lansing, was born February 8, 1997 and passed away December 28, 2021. Cherished father of Elijah Muriel. Beloved son of Julio and Irma Muriel. Loving brother of Dominic Muriel, Demetrius Muriel, and Lynell Coker. Dear uncle of 6 nephews and 3 nieces. Darquise was preceded in passing by his birth mother, Nancy I. Muriel; and his brother, Tyres Muriel.
His loved ones will always remember him for his shy but kindhearted personality. He enjoyed the time he was able to spend with his brothers, and treasured all the memories he made while hanging out with his friends. Most of all, he was a hero to his son, who admired him greatly. He was a wonderful man who will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 12:00pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 2:00pm at the Lansing Chapel of the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 900 E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing.
