Age 68, passed away on September 9, 2015 in Lansing, Michigan. He was born on January 11, 1947 to David and Emily (Green) Hayward. He was preceded in death by his mother. David is survived by wife Annette, sons Chad Hayward and J.D. (Ashley) Mcdaniel, daughters Missy (Joel) Genson, Christina Ward, Jamie (Phil) Kline, Carolyn (Mike) Porritt, Toinette (Jeromy) Wicks, Rikkidawn Turner, Alleysha (Brad) Seely, Ellen Shirreffs, Harley (Jeremy) Lauer, 21 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
