David Duane Lewis, 52, of Lansing, MI died November 30, 2017, He was born in Lansing on November 11, 1965 to Phillip and Alma Lewis. David graduated from Lansing Community College in 1991 in Corrections Officer Studies. He proudly served in the US Army from 1985 to 1986.
David was preceded in death by his mother; brother, Melvin Lewis; and granddaughter, Valencia Motley.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his father; sons; Jordan Motley and David Lewis; grandson, Victor Motley; brother’s, Jimmy Lewis, Dennis Lewis, and Marcus Lewis; sister’s, Valdeen Lewis and Philicia Lewis.
A Funeral Service will take place December 12, 2017 at 11 am at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes Lansing Chapel, with visitation one hour prior.
