I do not know how long Denise worked at Goodrich's Shop-Rite, but remember her keeping the 'coffee station' going all day long, and also her annual bell-ringing there for the Salvation Army. My condolences and deepest sympathies.

Denise's sweet personality and kind heart made me smile each time we chatted.
My sympathy to Phil, Uncle Don and even Denise's cat Midnight. Denise will be missed. Her smile and memories will live in our hearts always.
I find comfort in the belief that Denise is with her Mom again in her loving arms.

Denny and I have been friends for almost 50 years. She reminded me just a few weeks ago that we met when I was in the 8th grade. She, of course, remembered our first meeting in detail. That’s the kind of friend she was. We did not run with the same crowds in high school or after but we were friends. Our parents were friends but they never pushed us to be friends...but we were. We went our separate ways throughout our lives but, as we’d see each other after a few months or even a few years, it was as though no time had passed. I’ll miss seeing Denny. She was truly a great friend.

I remember as a child visiting with Denise at her home for a week each summer, I always anticipated that greatly. At some point during the summer Denise would come to our house for a week, it was like having a sister my own age to play with. I will never forget that time in our lives, in fact I remember it so well it's hard to believe it was so long ago. You will live forever in my mind Denise. With lots of love Uncle Jerry.
