

He was born in Lansing, MI, on December, 2 1944 to Harold and Alice Dewey.
Dewey graduated from Sexton high school in 1963, joined the Army to serve our country and was honorably discharged. Dewey worked and retired after 30 years from General Motors working in the parts warehouse. Dewey was a wonderful handy man and accomplished numerous renovations on his home on Alger St. in Lansing.
He was especially proud of his Koi Ponds, with over 40 different Koi. He loved to travel the world and was especially fond of collecting art pieces. His home was a gallery of art work from ceramics to paintings to sculptures, he loved them all. He was consistently coming home with his newest “score”.
Dewey was full of life till the end, always on the move.
He is predeceased by his parents, Harold and Alice Dewey; his sister, Donna; and brother, Ronnie.
He will be greatly missed and loved always!!!
