of Lansing, MichiganAge 83, died Saturday, March 15, 2008 in Lansing. Don was born April 11, 1924 in Grand Rapids to Beryl (Blakeslee) and Henry Kehren. He proudly served in the US Navy during WWII and was a member of the American Legion Post #380. Don also was a graduate of MSU. He retired after 28 years as a job analyst for the State of Michigan. He was a man of great faith, generosity and integrity who earned the love and admiration of all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by his family. Surviving are, his wife of 59 years, Kathleen Kehren; 3 sons, Paul (Cathy) Kehren, David (Susan) Kehren, Bruce (Denise) Kehren; 2 daughters, Rebecca O?Neill, Janice Lazarus; 9 grandchildren, Christopher Kendregan, Melissa O?Neill, Jeffrey O?Neill, Doug Kehren, Timothy Kehren, Laura Reinhart, Rachel, Taylor and Kelsey Kehren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Robert (Donna) Cochrun, Marilyn (John) Grigg; sister-in-law, Sally Kehren. Don was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bill Kehren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 21, 2008 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 743 N. Martin Luther King Blvd., Lansing, 48915, Rev. Kirby D. Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. and 6 p.m. ?8 p.m. at Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing 48917 and Friday at the church one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the church or to the Alzheimer?s Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter, 107 Aprill Drive, Suite 1, Ann Arbor, MI 48103-1903 in memory of Don.
