Donna Carter

Age 82, our loving mother, and grandmother passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2012. She was born on April 28, 1930 in Lansing, MI the daughter of Clifford & Geneva Frank. Donna retired from the State of Michigan, Health Department as a Lab Technician after a total of 25 years of service. She was a gifted seamstress and loved caring for her yard.

Surviving are her 2 children, Karen (Mike) Krouse and Brian (Sara Whiting-Carter) Carter; 2 grandchildren, Adam Krouse (Fiancé, Terra Korn) and Lea Carter; 2 brothers, Duane (Mary) Frank, and Pete Frank; sister-in-law, Marlene Frank; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Donna was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Bert L. Carter in 2007; her parents; brother, Wesley Frank, and sister-in-law, Dixie Frank.

Memorial Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 11th in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer?s Association in memory of Donna. Friends may visit the guest book at www.tiffanyfuneralhome.
