Donna Lou Smith

Today, we remember a woman who was the heart of our family—a loving mother and grandmother whose life was defined by love, strength, and selflessness.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Laura Lee Joseph and her cherished grandchildren, Lalonnie, Lisa Lee, Roxane, Jennifer, Christopher, Debbie Lee, Renee, and Sam, who were a constant source of pride and joy to her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gordon Smith, and their sons, Edward and Ronald, whom she now joins in eternal rest.

Though we grieve her loss, we are grateful for the time we shared and the love she gave so freely. Her legacy lives on through her family and the countless memories held in our hearts.

Visitation will take place on Monday, January 12, 2025 at the Gorsline Runciman Lansing Chapel, 900 E. Michigan Ave. Lansing, Michigan, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm

Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 13, 2025 at Gorsline Runciman Lansing Chapel at 1:00 pm. Internment will follow at Deepdale Memorial Gardens.
