Elizabeth "Betty" H. White

Elizabeth H. “ Betty” White, 82, of Holt MI, passed away October 28, 2015. She was born October 10, 1933 to John William Rudolph Neumann and Elizabeth Lillian Helene Reimer, in Linden Michigan. She was an Executive Secretary at Fisher Body for many years, retiring in 1999. She was a member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, serving as organist and choir director. Betty was a member of the Lansing Civic Players, volunteer at Sparrow Hospital, and an avid bowler with “The Strand Ladies”, for over 30 years. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband; Donald E. White, and brother-in-law; Eugene Garbinski. Surviving to cherish her memory are her 2 sons; Bruce R. (Ann) White, Brian E. (Teresa) White; 2 grandchildren, Brian E. White II, Robbie G. White; 1 great grandchild, Makenzie Elizabeth White; 1 sister, Augusta Garbinski. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 2, 2015 at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 122 S. Pennsylvania, Lansing, Michigan 48912. The family will receive friends from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Gorsline Runciman Lansing Chapel and 1 hour prior to service. Private interment to follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery.
