Ernest Arthur Kollhoff

Ernie served in the Army and National Guard. After the Army he came back to Michigan and went to work for General Motors in Pontiac, MI for 33 years. Ernie loves all things outdoors. He was an avid hunter. He loved to spend as much time as he could up north – hunting, cutting wood and having fires. He enjoyed a good game of golf and making new friends.

Ernie was the beloved husband of Sharon (Pierce) Kollhoff of Charlotte, MI; loving father of Terry Kollhoff of Lapeer, Jeff (Michelle) Kollhoff of Lapeer, Karen Johnson of Lapeer, Christopher (Monica) Kollhoff of Fargo, ND and the late Andrea Kollhoff; step-father of Marcie Easterbrook of Lansing, MI, Melissa (Gary) Crosthwaite of Lansing, MI and the late Amy Parker; cherished grandfather of 19; great grandfather of 9; dear brother of Richard (Dolores) Kollhoff of Amhurst, OH, Nancy Kollhoff of Traverse City, MI, Susan (Mark) Swartz of Lake City, MI and the late Sharon (Kollhoff) Martin and David Kollhoff.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 18th, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at Tony M's Pizzeria Banquet Room, Located at 3420 S Creyts Rd Lansing MI, 48917. Family will be proving a Pizza Party in honour of our beloved Ernie. Please come prepared with funny or uplifting stories about Ernie to know it's okay to smile through our tears.
