Fred Junior Burrows

Lansing, Michigan

Fred went to be with his Lord on April 26, 2017. He was born in Lansing, MI on November 11, 1935. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Margaret Ellen (Aingscough) Burrows; and his daughter, Michelle Burrows. He is survived by his wife, Faye; children, Angela (David) Roose and Jeffrey (Anna) Burrows; 3 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and nephews, Steven Adams and David Adams. Fred graduated from Sexton High School in 1953 and went to several colleges. He worked as a mechanical engineer at Industrial Metal Products Corp (IMPCO) for 47 ½ years, working up to Chief Engineer. Prior to that, he served in the U.S. Army for 8 years. He enjoyed woodworking, and was a member of South Church.

Funeral Service is 12:00 Noon Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing with Dr. Don Denyes, officiating. Visitation will be Friday 6-8 PM and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Donations in his memory may be made to Sparrow Home Hospice.
