Giles Joseph Barlow Jr.

Giles was preceded in death by his girlfriend Roxanne Ade, his father Giles Barlow, his mother Carol Barlow, his brothers Jeffrey Barlow and Daniel Barlow.

He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Laura (Mike) Mowatt, grandchildren; Bradley, Kristin, Bella and Charlie. His siblings; Gregory Barlow, Mary Barlow, Jeanne Barlow, Patty (Paul) Gneiting, Wendy (Bill) Elliott, and sister-in-law Rhonda Barlow. Giles always showed the people in his life how much he loved them. He will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Giles was an excellent mechanic, following in his father’s footsteps, which made him proud. He was also an avid bowler and a fan of all sports, whether playing as a young boy or passionately cheering on his favorite teams on the television. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed going to his sister’s lake cottage, where he would spend time fishing and relaxing around the fire. He cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 1:00pm at Central Free Methodist Church, 828 N. Washington, Lansing, MI 48906. Interment will follow at Deep Dale Memorial Gardens, 4108 Old Lansing Rd. Lansing MI 48917.
