Age 86, passed away February 24, 2014 in Hastings, Michigan. Born February 5, 1928 in Seneca County, Ohio to Oswald E. and Agnes (Wagner) Seifert. Harold worked at J.M. Clemenshaw and retired from the State of Michigan Department of Treasury as state assessor after 25 plus years of service. He was a resident of DeWitt for over 40 years.
Surviving are his 3 sons, Nicholas (Karen) Seifert, Michael (Amy) Seifert, and Scott Seifert; 4 grandchildren, Nathan, Kelsea, Keegan, and Connor; and many nieces, and nephews.
Funeral Liturgy is 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 28th at the Catholic Community of St. Jude in DeWiit, MI with Fr. Robert Irish presiding. Family will receive friends from 10 to 11 A.M. Friday at church. Rite of committal DeWitt Cemetery.
