Hermes Jaime Fernandez-Lopez Lansing Age 39, our loving fiancée, son, brother, and friend passed away unexpectedly February 16, 2012. Born June 6, 1972 in Camaguey, Cuba. He moved to Lansing 16 years ago. He earned his Bachelor?s degree from M.S.U. in Microbiology and Biochemistry. He worked at Meijer?s Warehouse for the past 12 years. Hermes was loved by everyone who knew him. He will be missed by his family and friends. Surviving are his fiancée, Mara Blanco; mother, Nery Lopez; sisters, Lizmet (Alexander) Pina, and Geizabet (Yasel) Gutierrez , and numerous friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M. Sunday in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Memorial Services will be bilingual at 1:00 P.M.
