Inez R. Bailey

Age 75, our loving wife, mother, and grandmother went home to the Lord on March 13, 2017. Born January 26, 1942 in Rocky Mount, VA. Inez was a member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. She liked to read, watch soaps, and mysteries on TV.

Surviving are her husband, Leslie E. Bailey; 3 children, Michael D. Bailey, Tina L. (John) Walker, and Denita A. Bailey; 6 grandchildren, Kayla Walker, Darryl Thompson, II, Kendra Walker, Demetria Thompson, Kyra Walker, and Darrius Thompson; 3 sisters, Rebecca Moore, Kay Gilmore, and Patricia (Lester) Marks; 3 brothers, Richard (Margaret) Gilmore, Perry Gilmore, and John (Jennifer) Gilmore, Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, John E. Sr. & Janice B. (Edwards) Gilmore; and 2 sisters, Phyllis & Jocelyn.

Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Thursday, March 16, with the Home Going Services 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 17, 2017 in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may visit the guest book at www.tiffanyfuneralhome.com
