Jeannine Ann Dunn

On March 12, 1962, Jeannine married Wendell "Eugene" Dunn, and together they built a loving family that became the cornerstone of her life. She is lovingly remembered by her children: Debra Polus (John), Diane Baumgardner (David), Wendell Dunn Jr. (Elizabeth), James Dunn (Karen), and Emery Dunn (JJ).

Jeannine was a proud grandmother to Andrew Mastic (Megan), Alex Mastic, John Polus, Molly Polus, Emma Polus, Callie Polus (Luke), Nicholas Polus, Maggie Polus, Daniel Polus, Jennie Polus, Cassie Polus, Henry Polus, Ella Polus, Ryan Polus, Gianna Polus, Amber Johnston (AJ), Leanne Fagan (Shane), Mariah Pesino, Felicia Herlein (Kurt), Zachary Dunn, Andrea Dunn (Adam), Justin Dunn (Tiffany), Steven Dunn, Cody Dunn (Amber), and Kaleb Dunn (Chelsey).

Her cherished great-grandchildren include Sarah, Audrey, Caroline, Luke, Cole, Blake, Kendra, Branden, Dayton, Winston, Christine, Carson, Dawson, Taelor, Gordon, Ava, Alayna, Cameron, Aliviah, Jayla, Jedediah, and Roman.

She is also survived by her sister Judy Morse (Robert) and her brother Michael Bulock (Donna). She was preceded in death by her parents Emery and Pauline; her husband Wendell; and grandchildren Nicholas and Branden.

After retiring from the State of Michigan, Jeannine dedicated her time to volunteering at Lansing Christian School where she served lunch to students. Jeannine loved the lord and professed her faith in him. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures—spending time with her beloved dogs and playing cards with family. A devoted NASCAR fan and the heart of a large family spanning generations, Jeannine will be remembered for the love and warmth she brought to all who knew her.
