She was born in Lansing to Bradley and Izetta Bolton.
JoAnn spent her winters in Florida after retiring from Michigan National Bank where she was a teller. She enjoyed arts and crafts and was often painting, knitting and sewing. She also enjoyed playing cards and bingo. JoAnn loved her cats dearly.
JoAnn is preceded in death by her husband, Jack L. Miner, and her parents. Surviving are her children, Vickie Miner, Brad (Karen) Miner, Scott Miner (Annie); grandchildren Kyle (Tom) Bishop, Kierstin, Amber, and Tyler Miner; great grandchildren Benjamin Bishop and Olivia Miner; and sister Joyce (Lee) Osborn.
