Though many years have passed we have many fond memories of Karlene. We have viewed the pictures you shared many times and still find this hard to believe.  We remember most of all what a loving mother she was.  We send you our deepest sympathy.

My sympathy to all of the family of Karlene. I was introduced to Karlene when I became a friend of her Aunt Ogreta Shattuck over 40 years ago.  From that point on we became close and for the last nine years or so, a babysitter for Nikki when they took their vacations to Florida. She was a very good friend to me for a long time and I will miss her forever.

Bruce, Cathy, Mark, and rest of the family,  Having  worked at Delta for many years I became a close friend of Karlenes. She alway had a great smile and a wonderful laugh. Lots of good times were had by her, Sue and myself. So many memories to remember her by. Till we meet again. Hugs. Janis Carr

Karlene was the sweetest friend and such a joy to be with; so proud of her children and grandchildren and glowed with love as she shared stories.  Her faithful pup, Nikki, whom she rescued, created a beautiful loving bond. May you all find peace.

When I started at Delta Dental she took me under her wing and was always kind, thoughtful and wonderful to laugh with.

We are so sorry to hear about Karlene's passing.  She was such a sweet lady.  She had one of the greatest smiles and could light up a room with her laugh.  She will be missed.  We will be thinking about all of you during this very difficult time.

Bruce, Mark, Cathy & family.  Our hearts are incredibly sad to hear of Karlene's passing.  We both worked with Kar for several years at Delta Dental. We shared many stories and laughs over the years. She was so proud of her family and she adored her grandkids. Kar was a very compassionate woman with an infectious smile; a true bright spot in what could otherwise be a long work day.  We'll remember her with much fondness and we hope you each find much peace in knowing how much she loved you and in your precious memories of her life.

We are so saddened by Karlene's passing. Family events will not be complete.  But surely Karlene knew how very much she was loved.  Find comfort in knowing this.
