Kathy Elizabeth Kobiska

She was the loving wife of the late Michael Edward Kobiska, who passed away in May of 2002.

A devoted homemaker, Kathy found deep joy in caring for her family and home, and she especially adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her steady love and quiet dedication were felt most in the everyday moments that make a family strong.

Kathy also enjoyed painting and ceramics, pursuits that reflected her patient spirit and appreciation for beauty made by hand.

Kathy is survived by her children, Melissa Marie Lange, Michelle Kobiska, Jessica Shauver, and Kasey Lively; proud grandmother of 10; one grandchild preceded her in death. She was also a treasured great-grandmother of seven; brother, David Benge. Kathy was preceded in death by her two brothers, Barry Benge and Robert Benge. She is also surviving are many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and beloved friends.

A celebration of Kathy’s life will be held at a later date.
